These terms apply to fungus.build (the "Site"), operated by Fungus Inc. ("Fungus," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Information only
The Site describes our company and services. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services, or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Any services are provided only under a separate written agreement.
Other sites
Links to other websites, including Liquidium.fi, Liquidium.WTF and Liquidium.org, are provided for convenience. Those websites and their products are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Liquidium.WTF is operated by Liquidium Inc. and Liquidium.org by Liquidium Foundation, not by Fungus.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, names and logos belong to Fungus or their respective owners. You may not use them without permission, except as allowed by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it without authorization.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fungus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD 100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that requires another forum.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site means you accept them.
Privacy notice
Fungus Inc. is responsible for personal data processed through the Site.
What we collect
The Site has no accounts, forms, analytics or advertising. When you visit, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request details to deliver and protect the Site. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to block abusive traffic. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include.
How we use it
To deliver and secure the Site, to reply to you and manage business relationships, and to comply with legal obligations. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in running the Site and our business, steps you request before entering into a contract, or legal obligations.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers acting for us, such as our hosting and email providers, where required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or similar transaction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and transfers
We keep personal data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to a data-protection authority. To make a request, email info@fungus.build. Because we do not track visitors across websites, the Site does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
